It can be challenging when faced with a new, sensitive, or challenging workplace situation. In these situations, it may be helpful to reach out to the SDS. We will listen, explore what might be happening, and provide helpful support. We operate as an independent and confidential service so that you can talk without fear of workplace judgement or consequences.
